DONATION FORMS
The Stark County Veterans Memorial Association gratefully appreciates the support of our patrioticcommunity in honor of all veterans. Donations are used for upkeep, maintenance, and improvements of the memorial.
RECOGNITION FORMS
The Stark County Veterans Memorial Association wishes to recognize all veterans of Stark County. Names of veterans can be submitted on the Memorial Application for Recognition Form. Each application is reviewed for approval by the SCVMA. Tablet engraving is completed by a professional engraving firm upon reaching a minimum number of names.
